Rule 001.

-i do want to keep this blog pretty lowkey. therefore when it comes to ic interactions i am mutuals only.
-i also will not interact with anyone under the age of 18.

-if you are the kind of person who expects no visuals and only writing this is not the blog for you. im a visual girlie. i also have made a great deal of content for amelia that i will reblog. i am mindful of it and try to keep some sort of balance.

Rule 002.

-i can sometimes be slow at looking at new followers, so forgive me if it takes a few days for me to follow you back.
-when it comes to unfollowing people, it's something i rarely do. outside of being inactive after a certain time other reasons might include: if no effort has ever been made to interact, either ic or ooc. excessive vague posting, excessive negative posting. racist/ sexist/ bigotry comments, excessive call outs.
-i don't like those like this to stay mutuals posts. nor do i make them. if you are following any of my blogs, or i am following you, it means i do in fact want to write with you.

Rule 003.

-i am incredibly slow with replies and memes, however i am always around to plot and chat via my ims and discord. (discord is the best way to get ahold of me) that being said you are always more than welcome to send memes or tag me in unprompted starters.
-memes do not have an expiration date, just be aware i am very very slow at replying to stuff in my ask.
-for the sake of easy interactions some very basic plotting is generally encouraged. mostly for my sake to get a feel for the dynamic. though it's not required, however if you come to me offering to plot please have a vague idea. i'm happy to provide any additional information that you need but please don't expect me to do all the heavy lifting.

Rule 004.

-i use icons and small text in my replies and that's about as fancy as my formatting gets. while i like having a general blog aesthetic, it's not something i expect of others.-as i have both adhd and dyslexia and also just terrible eye sight. if you do use photoshopped or screenshot replies i will most likely unfollow / not follow. they are incredibly hard for me to read this goes for replies where every other word is a different font and size. it's incredibly difficult for me to comprehend what is being written.

Rule 005.

-i do practice mains and exclusives. as it generally happens with ocs, i put in a lot of time and effort and love and care into the relationships i have built up, and in the process have become friends with the people i write with. however i am always looking for more interactions.

Rule 006.

-while i love a good ship, when it comes to romantic shipping i can be rather picky, i prefer to establish some sort of communication before jumping right into ships. also all ships must be plotted out before hand.-my main ship for amelia is with fleetcaptian-that being said, platonic, familial and every other sort of relationship i am always open for, and greatly enjoy building them. i also love any sort of ic drama or conflict so don't be afraid to throw ideas at me concerning that.

amelia is sweetness itself, elegant, graceful, soft and gentle, selfless and understanding with the patience of a saint. she rarely if ever becomes angry or even raises her voice. she is in every way the picture of a fairytale princess. her kindness is at the very core of her nature, almost stubbornly so as she refuses to let the world turn her bitter. but she is not naive as far too many who only know her by reputation would believe. she’s clever, witty, way too smart for her own good with a sharp eye that misses absolutely nothing. she also has a natural knack for earning the trust of animals, (especially horses).

  ABOUT    regardless of whatever sort of pain or suffering she or anyone around her goes through, amelia continuously and deliberately always chooses the path of kindness, always chooses to be gentle even when she has every right not to be. is always warm and offers help without asking anything in return. she's hardly ever bitter and rarely is she ever cold even when dealing with people she doesn't like or agrees with.she has a way of noticing the smallest and often missed details and sees those often not seen or those often overlooked. she’s very good at remembering names and faces, little details that she’ll bring up again. she’ll also go to bat for just about anyone, even those who probably dont deserve it. she makes people feel seen, and that there’s at least one person who cares. people find it easy to open up to her, and when she talks to people, she’s genuinely interested in what others have to say. which leads to those around her being fierce and unwavering in their loyalty to her, but also there’s a fierce desire to protect her.amelia has no great love for battle, no desire for violence and she’s a far cry from being any sort of warrior, however she’s not defenseless. and will defend herself pretty effectively to at least giving her an opening to run away from whatever danger she’s in. she’s rather skilled with both a dagger and at archery, along with knowing basic hand to hand. while she would consider herself to be a pacifist, she is not passive. she’d rather be made useful in anyway she can than being left behind.she also tends to be one of, if not the smartest person in the room. however she doesn’t need everyone to know that, she also considers it rather rude to boast about it. she’s more than happy to have someone else explain something, especially if its something they are passionate or excited about, even if she is already well versed in the topic. while she is often the center of attention, she never basks in the light alone, always bringing those she cares about to share the limelight with her.while she is kind, and often time selfless, her softness is of her own choosing, her trust is not so easily given, and her heart is more heavily guarded than people might expect upon first glance. nor does she let people walk all over her. and there is a difference to her genuine warmth and her simply being polite, and it's a noticeable shift from the first to second and a shift you don't exactly want.she fully believes in second chances, but if her trust is ever broken, she is going to make you work hard for that second chance. she will of course grant forgiveness but forgiveness is not trust, and while regaining her trust is possible, it’s significantly harder to earn than it is the first time around. and while it’s not only amelia’s trust that is broken, but it also everyone else in her inner circle, (specifically her ladies and the bright guard and as queen her inner council) and regaining their trust is near impossible. they do not take betraying amelia in any capacity lightly.

  OTHER TIDBITS    rarely is she ever inside, even if the weather is poor. she will even sit outside if the weather is freezing, but by that point she’ll have been forced to come inside. she can often be found in the gardens or out riding.while the entire royal family has always had the deep love and support of the people, it's easily argued that amelia is the most favored.  FAVORITES    favorite color: pink ; favorite flowers: gardenia, roses, zinnias, aster, snapdragons, jasmine, chrysanthemums, marguerite daisies, lavender, gerbera daisies, sunflowers, star gazer lilies, ranunculuses.

  GENERAL    krigare is a rather old kingdom. the origins have become more like a myth due to time. the kingdom sits right in the middle of several different crossroads, so not only are they hub for trade, there are constantly people from other kingdoms coming and going as they journey from one place to another.the personal fashioning of titles like lord or lady, and then there is the official title of lord, which is synonymous with like being leader of an area or whatever. so like lord or lady [name] lord of [place] so when i say the lords of court, or amelia’s father’s lords, i’m referring to the official title. there are both men and women with power in court as well as on her father’s council.it was established almost from the start that the secession of the throne when to the eldest child of the current monarch regardless of gender (or to the second eldest child should the first die or abdicate for any reason). in addition, there’s an official ruling and then the unofficial official ruling when it comes to heir. basically the officially ruling can't be made until the heir turns 16, which is the age when children are allowed to officially enter court etc etc. and the "unofficial" ruling just follows the line of succession. so for example, should avery have died before roman turned 16, roman still would have been made king with juni acting as regent. however the whole official thing does give the choice to whoever is first in line to step aside should they decide they don't want to be monarch.there have also been several female rulers who kept the title of king and female rulers who have used the title queen, and there have been a few monarchs who decided to use the royal we being introduced as their royal highness, as the monarch is allowed to fashion the royal title however they see fit for themselves.because krigare is a hub of trade, there’s no one real set style for clothing. depending on where you are within the kingdom there might be a set of more popularized styles (ie the style tends to be more flowy the closer you get to the sea) but when it comes to court there’s no set style and it varies even then depending on the season.krigare's royal gardens are absolutely massive, and kind of two fold. there are the more well manicured areas, which are newer and are often open to the masses. and then there are the more overgrown areas, which are older. some areas tend to be a little more wild than others, though all are still well maintained.while there are walls and gates, especially around the palace itself, in many places like where the land owned by the crown ends is in part of the forest or on one side of a river. so while there are markers, the boundaries in some places are less than clear.there are also several herds of deer that live around the palace. they are wild and pretty much have free rein to go wherever they please. they are curious and semi timid of people, as in they tend to keep their distance / run off if someone approaches them. one or two have accidentally wandered into the palace and had to gently be ushered back outside.

The Queen Makers Plot

About

  GENERAL    linuess is an incredibly old (i would go so far as to say ancient) kingdom. and once they held a great deal of power and influence, but over time they have almost fallen into obscurity. despite the fact it is still there, still with a living breathing society and culture, people talk about it as if linuess is a myth, a kingdom long since gone.
it is rather isolated as one border runs along the coast with another along a very large and steep mountain range.there was a long stretch where linuess was struggling to find people who could stake a claim to the throne, due to the fact there was a very long stretch (something they were still struggling with up until amelia becomes queen) where the monarchs who were only children, were only having one child. thus the law was made that both the monarch and their consort each picked an heir, so that there would always be two in the line of succession. sidebar, this is a very simplified version, just roll with it.in hand with this, there was an equally long stretch of monarchs who did a very poor job of it, thus the nobility were able to wiggle their way in and manipulate and seize power. over time they grew fat and comfortable to the point any sort of governing stopped happening, outside of keeping the kingdom afloat just enough and the people just happy enough that they wouldn’t revolt. and over time those duties were passed onto other people appointed by whoever was in charge. there is also a huge divide between the nobility and everyone else. almost as if they are apart of two seperate kingdoms.with that said, the nobility or rather a small handful of the most powerful, tended to pick whichever heir they thought would be the easiest to control and back them. and more often than not they would simply not tell the second heir that they had any sort of claim.at a certain point an almost secondary form of government was created. i use the word government extremely loosely here as it’s really more of a bunch of different groups who basically took it upon themselves to look after the day to day things, especially within the larger cities and the capital. they don’t have any actual governing power. again this is all very simplified. as i’m mostly trying to get the point across that linuess was a mess when it fell into amelia’s lap.

follows amelia's canon where she becomes queen of linuess, from the time she becomes queen onward. this verse also works as a default for any other fantasy settings

dark queen is a tad misleading here. this is not so much a verse where amelia is dark or evil, but she is simply far more ruthless than she is in any other verse.
this is mostly a verse where i can explore other aspects of amelia's character i might not get to otherwise. plotting is required for anything set in this au

there are several different variations to this verse. it more less depends on whatever the plot calls for. however common threads for all modern set verses are amelia has done either ballet / ice skating. she either does or has done either professionally. she is also still royalty.

amelia stands as queen of her planet - krigare. shortly after the demise of the emerald chain, krigare joins the newly restored federation. though the joy is short lived as krigare ends up in the path of the dma.

this arc is the adaptation of amelia's canon into the sw verse in which her uncle attempts to usurp the throne.
  arc 2: set during the clone wars.   
amelia working for republic intelligence is assigned to the 212th during the clone wars. it should be noted amelia began work for the republic well before the war started. so she's well established by the time it starts
  arc 3: set during & after the events of rots   
there are two variations of this arc. one where amelia follows obi wan to tatooine after the events of order 66. the second arc is amelia returns to krigare for her own protection. she find obi wan on tatooine several years later.
  arc 4: set during kenobi & the events of the og trilogy   
sometime after obi wan's death amelia leaves tatooine and returns to krigare.
  arc 5: happy ending   
palpatine's plans are discovered and stopped, bringing an end to the war. amelia leaves republic intelligence and returns home. a year later obi wan shows up having left the jedi order. they are married shortly after.

About

  GENERAL    at first glance, surface level, krigare doesn't look as industrial / sci fi like / whatever other term you wanna use here. technology is often made to look older than it is / blend in with everything else around it. (krigare first and foremost is built in a fantasy universe so i like to keep aspects of that.)when i say new technology is meant to look old to fit in with everything else around it, i don't just mean that in like the aesthetic. it's deeply rooted within the culture to keep balance with the different eco systems on the planet.which isn't to say krigare isn't innovative. there's a huge focus on the importance of education and art too. krigare is a rich planet, both in monetary and natural resources so there is a little bit of weariness to larger outside forces. not individuals, or even larger like humanitarian issues. but bodies like the republic, or the separatist or even the empire could very easily try and use their resources for their own gain and disrepute the planet's balance. so they're very careful in their dealings with them. which is why when the clone wars break out krigare does it's absolute best to remain neutral. it's not so much about they aren't willing to share as it is they don't want to be taken advantage of.to add krigare is very open and during the war they welcome any and all refugees from other planets needing a safe place.
at some point more info will be added about the different plant and animal species that are native to krigare but hippocamp are one of those.
